About KOBIT

MISSION

The main goal of these series of meetings is to gather the scientists and students who are interested in the fields of quantum optics and information and create an open environment to support collaboration.

PREVIOUS MEETINGS

In 2016, the series of meetings started with the initial meeting KOBİT |0⟩ in Hacettepe University (Ankara) followed by the meetings in Izmir Institute of Technology (İzmir-2017), Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University (Istanbul-2018), and Ankara University (Ankara, 2019). The last three meetings between 2020-2022 were held online due to the COVID pandemic. The KOBİT |7⟩ meeting was held on 2-3 February 2023 in Eskişehir.
